We care about every detail of the products we bake and serve to you. This is why our cakes cost more than big box stores, grocery stores and some local bakeries. It’s also why they taste so much better!

If you’ve had our cupcakes, you understand the difference. We are about great ingredients, interesting gourmet flavors and perfect texture.

The difference is, we don’t use assembly line frozen cake disks, boxed cake mix or pre-fab artificially flavored, preservative laden frosting from buckets.

We make each individual cupcake and cake order custom for you, in small batches with premium ingredients.

We use superior ingredients, because we will NOT serve a product we wouldn’t happily serve to our own families. For instance, we use Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water, never tap. Almost all of our fruit ingredients are organic and all of our extracts are naturally derived, no artificial flavourings. We use premium brand ingredients across the board; including fine Callebaut, Hershey’s, Nestle and Ghirardelli chocolates, Skippy peanut butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, Tofutti vegan cream cheese, Earth Balance vegan butter and Daisy sour cream. We even use the best brands of edible images and fondant, for the best possible flavor profile, every time. We always use the best possible ingredients and we will never compromise quality by cutting corners.

We use great ingredients and take our time creating each and every cake.
